Declaration for giving consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with Article 7 of Regulation 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL

- I agree that my personal data, namely three names, address, and email address, are processed by Consult Service Ltd. for the execution of a contract for purchased goods or ordered services, as well as for sending informational and promotional messages about the products and services of Consult Service Ltd. I give my consent for the period necessary for the performance of the pre-contractual or contractual relationship between me and Consult Service Ltd., and thereafter for the shorter of: 1) the period provided for storing contractual documents according to the tax and accounting legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria or 2) a period of 5 years.
- I am informed that I can withdraw my consent at any time by declaring it to the address “Exercise Your Rights!”, and that my request may not be satisfied if it contradicts the fulfillment of the administrator’s legal obligations or public interest.
